Where there was once darkness, there is now LIGHT. Sea to shining sea.

I think "LIGHT" also has some significance. Why all caps? Hasn't Q mentioned "LIGHT" numerous other times?

Light seems to always have the same context being exposure, bringing to light, etc., and with biblical overtones when dealing with the nature of evil and dastardly deeds, a dark spiritual overture. Only other time was possibly "light team" in a code but since light seems to mean exposure that could be misdirection and that, too, meant the same thing (exposure) there, too.

I think so too, baggie. And per my recollection, yes he has mentioned it more than once.
