Light seems to always have the same context being exposure, bringing to light, etc., and with biblical overtones when dealing with the nature of evil and dastardly deeds, a dark spiritual overture. Only other time was possibly "light team" in a code but since light seems to mean exposure that could be misdirection and that, too, meant the same thing (exposure) there, too.

I don’t know. The use of “LIGHT” in a SEAL post and in context with Snowden seems kinda weird. Sea to shining sea?

Here's another innocuous looking mention of LIGHT. It seems to be just basically cheerleading. Other words are capitalized around it as well. Darkness to LIGHT. Maybe it means nothing more than what it looks like? Dunno.
