I think the key to finding the location is the 3 odd looking buildings in the foreground and the 2 triangles on the back building.... There may be a bridge of some sort on the far right behind everything
I don’t know how to do an image compare for such things.

I think those two triangles is a WcDonalds, who have inverted their golden “W” for “Men’s day”

Triangles, I’m stumped but would certainly identify a location; they seem somewhat unique.
