Good find. I would assume that would mean the same for the USA. I know that some states have crazy laws that prohibit the collection of rainwater - their theory is that it should be allowed to go into the ground.
If you collected it, you have robbed whatever reservoir for public benefit there is or some such nonsense.
Some places charge you extra because they have to use storm drains etc. to handle your rain that can’t soak in due to too much concrete/paving.
It’s really amazing what people can come up with. Also there is a group which wants dams such as boulder to be gone gone gone-they want the re-wilding of American lands and waters.
Either they fail to realize it is a globalist depopulation related goal to re-wild all but a few large cities--or they suicidally think it's a wonderful thing for 'Mother Earth' as they worship the creation instead of the Creator.
I think water seizing is happening all over. The laws you refer to, I believe are for protecting very particular interests. Those posted last night were just quick grabs I was able to find as Darlin was blinking the lights at me to come back to “real” life and get some rest!

Limited how? The earth is 3/4 water! The water cycle has worked for aeons to supply abundant water to all. Even people in desert environments have come up with solutions - or they migrate.
And this doesn’t even get into weather modification and tampering with the natural water cycles.
