Again in summary. He mentions the word water in a single line under the photograph. Twice he makes what appears to be random post "watch the water." And his first post with water is quoting that beautiful verse Psalms 23.
Regarding events on specific dates or time period? It may not be obvious if we are talking about negotiating teams or things of that nature.
Extra . . . my own thoughts
I have been living in Southeast Asia last 13 years. Asians are very deep way deep into symbology. Way way more than you can possibly imagine. Specially the Koreans. For those who know, you'all know the number 888! etc etc
Somehow, I believe the dates are critical, but not sure how in this moment
I will share some comic relief, but it "may" be significant. In parts of Asia (can not confirm in this moment re Koreans) but in Asia generally . . . After making good sex, deep intense sex, the kind that makes . . . well you get the point, in Asian culture it is described as "Yellow Sky." The man is so spent that he will see "Yellow Sky." Now I know that is correct in my surroundings but when I google and search the term . . . I can not find any reference.
