When I first saw the “1A-23x”
My first thought was 1A could be first amendment? Than...
Could it be a draft classification? 1A as opposed to 4F?
Like a bunch of people I did a duckduckgo search of the 1A-23 and there was an impressive return on people who are writing about it:

My first thought was 1st amendment - 23 times.
As in there are 23 press people that are going to be taken to task when all is said and done.
Have to wait and see.
