The nice thing is that my flavor is fat.
I like gravy on food. (Use to like it on biscuits but no more.) And last year I went for the full treat on Thanksgiving, took a week to get back on keto.
I think that is not only tolerated but probably allows for staying on the diet longer.

I cheat every so often, like the big piece of my 70th birthday cake I usually don't indulge in. I savored every bite of it.
But I go right back to the low carb way of eating.
I don't refer to this way of eating as a diet. Sounds too challenging.
I just say it is the way I eat now versus the way I used to eat.
