Was the security officer not there at Parkland that day for real? Why?

The FBI had been told about this gunman... they came to see the source but never went to see cruz.. they were aware of cruz and did nothing.

“if you see something, report it” went on deaf ears... someone alerted them... the police had been called to the home numerous times.. and they did nothing.

Stories are all over the place from him not being close to him being shot while armed. and everything in between.

I saw somewhere here that another security person WAS on campus...in another area...

The school was, population wise, bigger than my town. We have a pretty robust police force.

We have more physical security going into and out of my work (ID entry only with barrier and another layer within place (metal detectors, cameras etc.) with a shift population of around a 1000 plus full static and roving security.
