This thread is a friendly collaborative place for FReepers to analyze information and share opinons. A helpful FReeper passed along the following link. It’s to a group that goes live on Youtube when Q drops are released. I’ll put the link to their general Youtube “channel” here. When new Q drops are released, they start a new live stream video which remains active as long as they have new insights or information or guests to share information. At the local and lower levels, you are correct. It’s the mixing in the sums that is hard to unravel.
For Candidate A:
County X has 43 votes
County Y has 26 votes
County Z has 31 votes
100 = 43+26+31 raw total
Counties X,Y,Z have 103 votes for Candidate B. Candidate B wins the raw vote 103 to 100.
Altered total for Candidate A
103 = 43+26+34 or
103 = 46+26+31 or
103 = 43+26+34 or other combinations.
103 vote total for Candidate B is downweighted by 3 to 100.
Candidate A wins the altered SUM total.
Each county confirms their vote count as true but they can’t verify the SUM totals of all counties because they don’t see the raw data of other counties.
This happened and was revealed in an investigation of GEMS = Global Election Management System which software configuration is controlled by Soros Quantum Group in Cayman.
But the investigators were funded by some democrat citizens to study the 2000 Bush-Gore standoff. The investigation went silent ostensibly because the weighting scheme was a tool by democrats to steal elections.

Things are not static. Changes occur. Lack of certification is remedied by getting certified.
Reports become stale as changes occur.
Following the news reports is a moving target.
The bottom line is that NO PRIVATE CONTACTOR should be anywhere near a voting system. But then who could/should configure voting systems?
This is why we need a multi-year Top-Down Bottoms-Up comprehensive review of American voting systems and processes.
I'm still lost at how this weighting scheme is supposedly implemented. It seems to me the precinct totals wouldn't add up, and that is an obvious red flag. The sum of all counties is a public document. Everybody has an opportunity to check the addition. The campaigns highly likely check the math. Why can't each county likewise check the sum, in addition to checking that the tally uses the same number of votes it reported?

As it was reading it I started thinking about how credit card companies have made it really easy to pay no matter where you are with no errors. Why couldn’t similar technology be used for voter ID linking a person to their precinct?

This story washed around right before the election, but is now ‘ripe’ to break after ditching Mueller but before the mid-terms.
We live in an electronic cyber world. Those advocating purple ink finger dipping and pony express ballot transport are jousting at windmills.
We need a Manhattan Project styled effort on election integrity NOW. Because it’s only going to get worse.

All the precinct totals DO ADD UP. The fraud of weighting or ‘fraction magic’ comes in at state and national levels when the sums mix and cover up the altered precinct and county totals.
In order to manage and report all the incoming data streams, the Global Election Management System or GEMS was implemented and the software for that is maintained by a SOROS GROUP.
This is with certainty WHY SOROS FUNDED STATE CANDIDATES FOR SECRETARY OF STATE ELECTIONS.
This is a clear and present danger.
I’d always theorized the singularity in stopping ‘16 vote fraud was O’Keefe’s cornering of Bob Creamer and his people, but jamming the file replacement satellite link is far more efficient and effective.
First for all, the Capitol Police responsible for the security of the Members of Congress concluded that for reasons of security and logistics, the best to move dozens of members of Congress, their families, and their staff from DC to White Sulfur Springs, West Virginia was by chartering an Amtrak train and moving them en masse.
Advance surveillance of the track and crossings on the ground and in the air along with security officers on the train itself would provide secure passage.
The wreck in Crozet was not just a freak accident, it was a failure of security which had the potential to paralyze the Congress of the United State.
The wreck itself establishes the existence of means and opportunity.
Now to motive.
There is a war going on in our country. Much of it is going on behind the scenes, but it is very real and it is indeed a war for the future of the U.S. As Hillary said to her fellow Democrats about a Trump victory, “we are all going to hang.”
The Democrats and the Deep State are desperate to stop Trump. They are like a cornered animal. They will most certainly kill to protect themselves.
Their motive is their very survival. Many rightly fear they will go to jail.
Now to the issue of whether the crash was merely an accident or whether it was an assassination attempt.
I suppose a case can be made for either.
But it seems to me (and many others) that the Democrats and the Deep State certainly had the means, motive, and opportunity to try to take out members of the GOP Senate and House. Not only would this have thrown those bodies into a state of disarray which would have made it difficult if not impossible for the President to enact his programs, it would have sent a message to the President, GOP members of Congress, and all agencies needed to dismantle the Deep State that they should cease and desist...or else.
Smartmatic is only one brand.
But remember that these machines are SOFTWARE controlled and software needs to be maintained, checked, validated, tested.
No PRIVATE company should be involved in the software that drives voting processes and machines.
IMO, the US Marshals Service should have a Cyber branch that oversees and operates all voting software with an IG and national party observers watching their every move in case they become in the future Obamafied meaning politicized, weaponized, corrupt.
Precinct, county or state totals are a set of numbers. Those numbers get added up. Where is the rounding/weighting error and how does it go undetected? I can certainly create the sort of error, I see that. But I also see a discrepancy between the sum created by weighted/rounded components and the simple sum.
Who is applying the weighting? The tally totaler?
There are levels of exposure in any electronic method of vote casting. Whoever supports the software can control the whole thing...blockchain or not. You can never say any system is completely secure. Never.
