Poll: Dems lead GOP by 15 points in generic House ballot

Democrats hold a 15 percentage point lead over Republicans in a generic House ballot, according to a new Quinnipiac University Poll released Tuesday.

A majority of those polled, 53 percent, said they would like Democrats to win control of the House in this year's midterm election. Thirty-eight percent said they would like the GOP to keep control of the lower chamber, while nine percent said they did not know or did not provide an answer.

The 53 percent is up from the 49 percent who said earlier this month they would like the Democrats to take control of the House. In that previous survey, 40 percent said they want the Republican Party to win a majority in the lower chamber.

Okay, MARY.

Give me a ping when the idiots dems have picked up 940+ seats in state congressional races and/or governorships.

That is how many we picked up in Bambi’s 8 yrs of incompetency.

As for US congressional special elections for the House, republicans have not lost a single one. NOT ONE.

And, come May 13th, we will win another one(Pennsylvania 18).

By the time fall rolls around, the Dems will be gagging on hearings regarding FISA warrants, illegal eavesdropping and surveillance, obstruction of justice and a host of other crimes.

All the fake polls in the world won’t matter.

There was just a poll last week that showed the R’s up by one, now this one shows the D’s up by 15. Does anyone one know the internals, how over represented are D’s, minorities, women; and how underrepresented are white males, R’s, etc...etc... All of these polls are crap as the last two election cycles proved beyond any doubt.

Even DNC propagandist, Larry Sabato, has said that dems need to be north of +6 in the generic ballot in order to have any chance of taking the House.

Come November, they won’t be there.

The ridiculous Quinnipiac poll only pushes the Real Clear Politics average to dems +7.6

“Poll: Dems lead GOP by 15 points in generic House ballot”

The pollsters were unable to obtain any comments from President Hillary Clinton.

I think it has an opposite effect many times. The rats stay home thinking they have an easy win. And the gop turn out.

PARTY IDENTIFICATION

Republican - 22%
Democrat - 33%
Independent - 39%

D+11 in the sample so it’s no surprise that it is D+15 when you include the Indy’s who are simply unregistered democRATS

Executive order to ban the sale of bump stocks, and presumably, any replacement fire-control mechanisms. That’s the ballgame for me. A politician only gets one chance on the 2nd.

Bump stocks are not a 2nd Amendment issue.
