IMHO planting the seeds is our job! I figure that once we plant them, the rest is way above our pay grade! (Other than refining our understanding of creating a good environment to grow.) You are the best one to know that, gardener that you are! :-D

Yep. Management training 101. Improve the receptivity before attempting to deliver the message. Otherwise it’s wasted effort.
