Patricks final NASCAR race at the Daytona 500 captured her career to perfection. She had photojournalists embedded with her, a hunky celebrity NFL QB boyfriend by her side, social media buzzing and a crumpled Chevy towed to the garage that put a premature end to her race.
Patrick smooched her boyfriend and then kissed her NASCAR career goodbye when she was caught up in a wreck in Sundays race.
Her final win-loss record was a dud: 0 for 191 in the Cup series.

Never won a race. Net Worth $60 million.
Morning Joe.
And yet somehow, the two NASCAR dolt's who called the Daytona race said her career the most successful female NASCAR driver "of all time."
Say what?!
When did they ever call a male driver with the same record a success?
I was always hoping for a win for her just to get it out of the way I Think she should have raced a year or two in the Nationwide series then when she had some success move to the cup series She still got to do what she loved to do bravo on that score Maybe she can pull a rabbit out of the hat at indy

Richard Petty was right.
She would fit right in on this year’s US Olympic team.
Sounds like the same kind of attacks they put on Tebow. Petty mean and incomplete.
I’m guessing lots of good men drivers went O-fer, but did not have boobs stuffed in a Nomar suit.
She was way over rated.
It’s a V-Thing
GoDaddy, the company she represents is an equal embarassment of failure, shame and hype.
I can’t stand anything about that whole mess.
My heart bleeds. Nothing missed. So long Danica, maybe try your hand as a model. Lousy driver, even worse as a model.
Was she the one that said “if you can beat me you can eat me?”
She did do 4 years in the Nationwide series...60 races, 7 top 10s, 1 pole, 0 wins.
She does deserve some props. She didn’t whine about being a female and not winning, and she took her lumps on the track.
I think the Pettys were correct, though. She could run fast and qualify well, but she wasn’t a racer.
Technically accurate. Can you name a female NASCAR driver that had a better career?
Well, there’s Janet Guthrie, but I suppose her career wasn’t much better.
I saw a photo of her posing with an NFL QB, not her boyfriend, in fact he only lasted a few years in the Canadian League.
I was surprised how small she is. I don’t know her official height but she really looked tiny. If caught in the right light or something, she could be pretty.
She did win 1 Indycar race and briefly led close to the end on the Indy 500.
