No, there is no change in the "voice" of Q. The questioning of Q comes from the lack of happenings related to Q's cryptic info. To be sure, the black hats have mostly had a losing streak over the past couple of months, but Q hinted at some big things coming this week that have not materialized (and not the school shooting or today's indictments). It's almost always a wise idea to keep at least a tiny bit of doubt when dealing with any source. A little skepticism is healthy. I wouldn't want anybody to blindly follow someone else without some self-verification from time to time.

I'm certainly not saying that Q is a fraud or a lying sack of pelosi, but I think it's always good to trust, but verify as much as possible all sources. Including one that's had a good track record.

The promise of big things to come is NOT on the dedicated Q platform - it is on the git hub, and hence should be viewed as suspect - maybe posted to discredit Q?

At any rate, check out 8 chan and compare before accepting info from any other source as Q.
