That is why God gave us the .22 revolver.

Hey they are politically incorrect beavers without the paddle tail. They eat the same amount of vegetation as a Nutria, burrow into berms they make, live in wetlands. But they are threatening environmentalists jobs if they devour all the vegetation in a so called wetland (aka mosquito breeding grounds).

The burrowing rodents are California’s new fracking industry. Follow them up with high pressure water.
Financed by Hollywood’s Jed Clampet.

[[P.S. They are not good eating, no matter how you fix them.]]

Many people eat dogs- wolves ‘should be’ similar to dog no?

Can’t wait to see how Kalifornia environmentalists handle this problem.
Guess they’ll claim Nutria are a threatened species while their dams and levees crumble.

Do they steal copper wiring and pipes, too?

If so, what distinguishes them from Mexican illegals?

I would love to have a pet Capybara.

Just make sure you have a nice deep pond for them to swim in.

Leftists hate imported species so much they call them “invasives”. But they love imported illegals.
Go figure...

The new wolf population has increased at an alarming rate, depleting deer and elk herds dramatically. Hunting them is now legal and tags are only $11.

A step in the right direction but not far enough. The government should be paying us a bounty for getting rid of this vermin, rather having us pay for tags (with limits, seasons, and hunting regulations). As several have stated before, we're learning why our forefathers got rid of wolves. Mackenzie valley wolves should have the same protection as a Norwegian brown rat - both are invasive species.

They remind me of Javalina commonly found in Arizona.

Otherwise known as the Collared peccary.
