First of all, why should any team be invited to the White House. They're highly paid, and have enough perks. If I were Trump, I would institute a new tradition in which the winners of any major sporting event are invited to a children's hospital, or a military hospital with victims of IEDs etc.

Trump can start his own traditions. I worked with a large company years ago. The IT/Operations group was a cesspool. We fired them all - outsourced it. In 3 years we rebuilt the function from scratch.
Trump knows business. Gradual change takes too long. I hope he doesn't get sucked into the swamp
