Towards the end of the video, they actually captured images of union construction workers stating they were 'plasterers'. they were standing several stories high in the building but were unsecured except by their own grips to open framework of the Chrysler building which was clearly under construction.

Wow!

Back in '79, as a class assignment for a university class I travelled into the city to take photos of the Chrysler building's interior and exterior. I borrowed my dad's Nikon camera to perform this task.

As I entered the main elevator lobby of the Chrysler building, I took out the camera to take some photos. A security guard immediately pulled me to the side and confiscated my camera. I was then escorted up to one of the top floors to a patent attorney's office and read the riot act. Fortunately for me, once I explained the task I was assigned, he offered me several glossy photo books on the design and construction of the tower and instructed the security officer to return my camera as I exited the building. The professional glossy documents were not accepted for credit with the assignment, excuse denied. I only received credit for the written portion of the assignment and never received the glossy material back. Harumph.
