Not *the* memo but otherwise ok...
Those aren’t the recent memo that the House permanent select committee on intelligence released to the full house. That’s a document (that Dan Bongino has been referencing for weeks) about NSA unmasking, yes, but not the 4-page document with inputs from the inspector general.....from what I understand.
That doc purports that the O-Bozo admin. unmasked waaaaaay too many Americans than normal (past presidents’ administrations.) And oops, shared the names and intel with non-government bodies....like Fusion GPS.
The 4-page memo is supposed to connect all the dots.
He said it was posted recently. Is that true?
It doesn’t talk specifically about Trump. It’s just a decision about the general procedures that are used.

As that article states, the document is a possible source for parts of the 4 page Nunes memo, but not the full basis. I expect the memo contains much additional info about the Fussion dossier, the “insurance policy,” payments by the DNC, etc.

my understanding is that the memo is wrote by congressional analysts based on this and other top secret intelligence. so this can’t be the memo.

Based on what I read, people at the FBI, CIA, and NSA all but admitted they illegally obtained FISA warrants to spy on Trump and his associates.
This is not the FISA memo, which is 4 pages — this is 99-page opinion/order of the FISA court.
