It is her job to report what her sources are telling her. She is just doing her job. One of the very few in the media that is doing her job.

This spin on the Russia Russia Russia narrative will likely fall apart under examination. The most capable woman on Earth, a former SoS got fooled by a Russian disinformation campaign that bought the Russian absolutely nothing? Not buying it.

Sorry, but she's still free to question the veracity of those sources, and publicly so.

The Democrats are trying to shape a meida narrative in light of what's about to come out concerning the 0bama administration, the Clinton campaign, senior DOJ and FBI. The "new" narrative is "Yes, we violated the Constitution and the Constitutional rights of hundreds of Americans, but it was done in good faith."

There is NO part of that narrative that stands up to scrutiny, and Sarah Carter should know that, given how many obvious lies the administration and Clinton campaign have told to protect the "old" fictional narrative.

The fact that she's telling this story "straight" instead of offering a critical analysis of the sudden sea change does not reflect well on her as a journalist. She isn't obligated to accept spin hook, line, and sinker.
