What: 2018 College Football Playoff National Championship, Division 1, Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS)
When: Monday, 1-8-2018, 8:15 Eastern Standard Time
Where: Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Atlanta GA, TV and Radio: ESPN (yeah I know)
Who: #1 Ranked SEC Champion Georgia Bulldogs (13-1), Coach Kirby Smart, versus The #4 ranked Alabama Crimson Tide (12-1), Coach Nick Saban. Saban is looking to tie coach Bear Bryant's record 6 national titles.
Why: Why not? I heard the President is attending the game
I figured they’d have something better.
That's what I was hoping to see. Saw them heading toward the field before the commercial break. Of course ESPN wouldn't show them. We were "treated" to that Kendrick Lamar jerk.
You're smart. I should've turned the sound off!
Amen to that!
Well at halftime, GA’s definitely looking like the better than AL. AL keeps making boneheaded mistakes and I think GA’s defense is looking tougher.
Unfortunately I’m going to bed, so I’m going to have to figure out how to not get on FR tomorrow until I watch the rest of the game.
Interesting, thanks!
Listened to the first half on ESPN radio. Home now for 2nd half.
I changed the channel. Unfortunately that meant I saw the Cavaliers getting stomped up in MN.
In the case of tonight's "entertainment", I wholeheartedly agree with you.
I saw that score and LOL'd.
Alabama playing with more nasty than talent tonight. I think they lost mo and found penalties, WELL EARNED.
I’m not saying UCF would have beaten either of these two teams, but I think they would have been competitive.
Now they’ve got something going.
Are they the ones with no schedule to speak of?
We’ve got ourselves a ballgame now.
TUA! Finaly
Win or lose I think benching Hurts was a good move.
Well other than beating Auburn.
Saban had no choice.
I always wondered how they get things changed in the halftime locker room. Bama executes something and it lands on the board.
