Unlimited fish and bread, with His own vintage wine.

Screw famous people. Id sit down with my great grandfather. Id want to know what it was like leaving Ireland for America with nothing in your pocket. Carving out a life here. I want to know what they went through. Then Id tell him about his legacy. How through his sacrifice he started a family that would thrive in the greatest country on earth.

Robert E. Lee has always been a favorite of mine.
One of his great grandsons is a friend of mine and when I was 6 (back in 1952) I met a great uncle of my own who served under Lee in the Army of Northern Virginia.

Somehow I think that the people I'd love to have lunch with couldn't suffer a fool like me in there eye's.
Dead choices:
Abe Lincoln, Andrew Carnegie, Churchill, Reagan and Charlton Heston.
Living choices:
Trump, maybe Rush Limbaugh.

Burr had a fascinating life and helped create Tammany Hall and the Democrat Party not to mention killing the greatest political thinker since Aristotle.

Aaron Burr was a bon vivant. I'm sure he has excellent food and wine available.

This was the post you’re thinking of. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/3619086/posts?page=37#37
In my case, I would choose a lunch with my Grandma and my Mama.
My Grandma died when I was 9. I was pretty devastated. That was almost 50 years ago. I’ve been wanting to talk with her for all of this time.
Her youngest daughter, my Mama, passed at the very end of September (2017), after suffering with vascular dementia for years. The last couple of years were the hardest, since she didn’t know who I was anymore. I would give my right arm to be able to talk with her and ask her about all sorts of things, things she had forgotten.
