Scientists have captured a mysterious hum coming from deep inside the Earth, but they are still no closer to working out what it is.
It has long been known that the Earth constantly generates a low-frequency vibrational signal.
The first attempt to detect this hum was made in 1959, but it wasn't until 1998 that scientists finally proved its existence.
Since then, there have been hundreds of attempts to record the Earth's hum, but they have all been made using seismometers on land.

As it has since the Bible was written ...
That which has been is what will be, That which is done is what will be done, And there is nothing new under the sun. Is there anything of which it may be said, See, this is new? It has already been in ancient times before us. There is no remembrance of former things, Nor will there be any remembrance of things that are to come By those who will come after.Ecclesiastes 1:9-11.
I’ve spent about 50 years ‘checking out’ stories like this.
I’m sure there are all sorts of ghoulish things floating around in a sort of ‘astral’ realm; they’ve been created by the unwholesome convictions and imaginations of millions of people over centuries. If one’s mind is running along the same lines, one comes into contact with them.
It’s extremely important to be careful of what you believe with strong conviction, because faith is a kind of creation; and I believe that you’ll surely encounter everything that you’ve created. According to your faith be it done to you.
Well, although it is not the main message of the grace of Christ, Hell is real and sometimes knowing that may be important.
As long as you don’t keep it too much in mind. I think it’s a lot more useful to keep God and His Heaven in mind ;-)
....”Scientists have captured ‘a mysterious hum’ coming from deep inside the Earth, but they are still no closer to working out what it is.”......
Easy answer....
....”we know that the whole creation has been ‘groaning’ together in the pains of childbirth until now.”..... Romans 8:22-23
Yes, the gospel of the grace of Christ focuses on God’s salvation by grace based on his love. Christians need never worry about Hell because Jesus’ sacrifice was the effective substitute for all of our sins and we are now the righteousness of God in Christ forever. However, Hell is the truth and we don’t ever want to deny the truth.
There’s a guy Carlton Pearson, who had a very effective ministry but turned to false doctrine and started saying there was no Hell or nobody’s going to Hell. He’s gotten way off the track and is no longer a positive force in the Body of Christ.
Let’s stick to the gospel of grace but also not deny what the Bible says is true.
