(CNN)Dylan Farrow, the adopted daughter of Mia Farrow and Woody Allen, is asking why the director has not suffered the same fate as other powerful men in Hollywood accused of sexual misconduct. In an opinion piece published by the Los Angeles Times on Thursday, Farrow describes her anger over Allen maintaining his career, despite her allegation that he sexually assaulted her in their home when she was seven years old. Farrow first shared her account with Vanity Fair in 2013.
Allen has consistently denied the allegation and was not criminally charged.

This supposedly happened in Ct. and there were all kinds of stories about it, in Ct. papers, back then, as well in other papers and on T.V.!
Just out of curiosity...25 years ago, how old were you? Did you follow the stories in all of the venues available?
Do you somehow know more than the people who were in that house, when the abuse supposedly happened?
How did you miss that info?

Doesn’t matter. The damning sentences are whole. Unless you’re going to claim there’s something they cut that proves it was all some skit there’s nothing that would change the behavior admitted to.
I read these The evidence is mostly circumstantial. By today’s standards DNA may have come into play. The babysitter is damning but circumstantial. The panel opposes the kid but no direct examination. If they went to court he may or may not have been found not guilty.
I would have preferred a trail. i won’t say the guy is guilty. My position is that trials and hearings must be held, evidence examined before a jury. And if you don’t push it, you’re stuck for not pursuing the case. People have a right to A speedy trial.
It’s ALWAYS going to be largely circumstantial. 7 year olds don’t tend to go demanding rape kits.
People have a right to a speedy trial. But as human beings we have the ability and the DUTY to understand truth is not determined in trial and people can be guilty without them.
this didn’t meet my level of evidence I acknowledged the circumstantial. The 7 year old had a mother and a prosecutor was involved. The 7 year old wasn’t acting alone.
The prosecutor wasn’t involved until days later, too late on that front. And the mother took the kid to the doctor, who reported it to the cops. But again there’s time. If you don’t get the rape kit going within about 12 hours forget it.

Of course with your standard then there has never been a child molester ever. So that needs some work. Meanwhile Woody did it.

It’s not hyperbole. You’re the one declaring that without DNA evidence they didn’t do it. I’m just pointing out the repercussions of your standard.

So that all adds up to in your world without the DNA you won’t say they’re guilty, too bad. I just did your math for you. No DNA not guilty. Certainly would be hyperbolic, but THAT’S WHAT YOU SAID.
In 1992, he was accused of "touching"; not "rape".
Then much, much later, only a few years ago, Mia and Dylan showed up, again, claiming "rape".
Now, several years later, in the midst of the Wein Dylan and Ronan are bringing it all up, yet again and elaborating some more, on it all.
"Right minded people" don't accept stories that keep changing, and they certainly look at all the info available, before accepting stories from anyone who is a well known, vindictive liar.
If Dylan was raped, at the age of 7, the least that should have been done, was to have her looked at by a doctor! If she had been raped, there would be physical damage, still visible, even days after said attack.

At NO time did Trump ever say that he had done what he said celebrities "could" do with women.
And yes, the tape was cut; NBC has admitted to ending what was seen/heard, abruptly.
The things I linked to are pulling out of the court records. Mia and Dylan’s story isn’t changing. The doctor SAID there was visible damage which is why he called in the police.
I’ve listened to the tape. He straight up says he starts kissing women. There’s the “grab” part where he’s talking about what celebrities can do with no indication he did THAT. But before then there’s plenty he says he did.
