(CNN)Dylan Farrow, the adopted daughter of Mia Farrow and Woody Allen, is asking why the director has not suffered the same fate as other powerful men in Hollywood accused of sexual misconduct. In an opinion piece published by the Los Angeles Times on Thursday, Farrow describes her anger over Allen maintaining his career, despite her allegation that he sexually assaulted her in their home when she was seven years old. Farrow first shared her account with Vanity Fair in 2013.
Allen has consistently denied the allegation and was not criminally charged.

I offer up zero proof of Woody’s abuse. I only told you why I believe the story. No movie is proof of anything. Knowing or forgetting names of movies has nothing to do with anything. I only ever related my impressions and beliefs.
You have a really mean streak. Over the decades I’ve been here, visibly, I do not. We disagree on whether woody is a pedo, and I’m ok with that. Arguing with you is too fruitless because we are not on the same plane. You even now meanly accuse me of pretending to forget movie titles as some trick?? You’re just too far from my thought process.
No, I never said nor inferred that you "forgot" the movie titles on purpose; I did say that not knowing which movie you were referring to was problematic and offered up an educate guess re the first one. The second movie was easy, so giving you the name of it was a snap.
I've been saying, over and over again that yes, of course you are absolutely welcome to have your opinion, as I am for mine; what I objected to and still do is using a brief scene in a movie, as backup. The evidence is all in his movies. If you can watch those and not think Woody is a sick perv you’re stupid.
I’ve watched many of his movies. That is not evidence. He dated the girls mother. Fell in love with the girl. Married her in her 20s. So what. You’re an idiot so join my stupid club.
If there’s one thing to learn in this wave of scumbags being outed is that the creative sorts have this need to confess in their work. Louis CK made an episode of his show that was basically what he now admits to doing to many many women. In Woody Allen movies he constantly plays guys with odd obsessions, often for young girls.
Then of course there’s this choice quote:

I mean, if I was caught in a love nest with 15 12-year-old girls tomorrow, people would think, yeah, I always knew that about him.” Allen pauses. “Nothing I could come up with would surprise anyone,” he ventures helplessly. “I admit to it all.”

The accusation against Woody Allen was heavily investigated by specialists for months. Their conclusion was not ambiguous at all. Innocent. Mia Farrow is notorious for wild accusations and assertions. She’s vindictive and mean spirited.

The Child Sexual Abuse specialists who investigated the Allen case for months must be idiots as well then? They said the accusation was baseless.
Investigated when? 20 years later?! Bogus investigation. And frankly with him it doesn’t matter. If not Dylan then somebody else. He’s made a career out of being a filthy disgusting perv. That’s what we WANTS people to think about him. Well he wins, I thought he was scum LONG before Sung Li happened or Dylan came out. I’m just accepting him for what he says he is.
Your personal distaste for him isn’t relevant to the question of whether or not he is guilty of child molestation. He was accused of molesting Dylan in a closet at Mia Farrow’s house during a party with a bunch of people there. Another family member has said that Allen never left his sight and has been ostracized from the family because of it. The story was filled with holes. Mia Farrow dropped the charges shortly before it was to go to trial. Allen would have been acquitted easily.
I’m not even saying he ISN’T a sleazeball. Just that this particular accusation was dubious.
Have you not bothered to learn ANY lessons from the stories running around Hollywood?! There’s ALWAYS somebody willing to LIE and say “nope they couldn’t have done that”. And people get paid off.

So the specialists were paid off? Or a family member was? You’re adding all sorts of complexity. Occam’s Razor? Mia Farrow has a long history of taunting people who she felt had scorned her. Dory Previn for example. Allen has no history of child sexual abuse before this one accusation. And no making movies about people who date younger girls is not proof. If a bunch of people came out to accuse Allen of this the way that has happened with Weinstein or Bill Cosby then you would have a point.

The Judge in the case disliked Allen personally and gave an egregious speculative account of what he felt happened. If the case went to trial, Allen would have been found innocent. Easily.
BTW Allen has since adopted multiple kids with Soon Yi. So he was heavily investigated for that as well. If he’s some massive child molester it will surely come out at some point. I do not believe he is.
