Check out Dave Ramsey. He says pay off your mortgage and get completely out of debt.
I wrote to Ric Edelman at one time and asked him what he thought of Dave Ramsey’s advice. I never heard back from him.

Real estate, eh? “Location, location, location”. I assume that location is still a major criteria for home buyers whether you’re looking at condos or houses. Prime locations must be getting harder to find.
