Man Arrested After Cross County Pursuit (west virginia)

CHARLESTON, WV (WOWK) - A man was arrested after a police pursuit that began in Charleston, West Virginia and ended Cabell County, WV.

According to Kanawha County Sheriff's Office, when a deputy tried to stop a vehicle on Charleston's West Side because the vehicle's registration did not match the vehicle, it turned into a pursuit.

I’m assuming this means that the plates from from a different car.

Reminds me of “Two Way Blacktop”. They would steal local plates and put them on their car for the simple reason that they knew cops were more likely to pull over cars with out of state plates.
