Still kicking myself for not going to see them when they were the backup band for an obscure group called Aerosmith in 1978.

Either that, or
The Scorpion's classic "Love at First Sting."The Scorpions weren't as big in the US, but I was overseas in their heyday.

For me, one of the defining bands of rock and roll, and the soundtrack to much of my youth. RIP.

Dementia in your early 60s??? Wow...how awful.
I saw a really good movie on Amazon the other night - Remember - with Christopher Plummer and Martin Landau that depicted this. A surprise ending in that one.

One of my “little” brothers used to play AC/DC very loudly, & very often, to the point my parents would steal his tapes and hide them. R.I.P.

I’m beginning to suspect that he’s the Reaper hiding in plain sight.

Highway to Hell is about life on the road. It is not a call to satanism.
I've scoured the Interweb for insights into Malcolm's religious views, and nothing came up.
True his hard-drinking life isn't what God promulgates, but conversion can come on the Highway to Hell or the Road to Demascus.
Maybe, just maybe, the past three years have been a period of conversion, of preparation, for one of the greatest rhythm guitarists since Pete Towhsnend.
Requiescat in pace.

Funny how those two albums were produced by a man we know nowadays as Shania Twain’s ex-husband.
