I don’t know why, I shouldn’t find all of this funny, I should feel sympathy for some person who loses her mind in public and has to be wheeled into a cell in a restraint chair, but...there is something inappropriate about this that hits me square on the funny bone.
I suppose if she weren’t so attractive, it would just be another story.

This would be an awesome addition to a “COPS” episode. My wife and I have become hooked on "LivePD." We call it the Train Wreck show.
I feel guilty as I have always hated those stupid shows like Cops but LivePD is truly like watching a train wreck in slow motion.
