George Clooney's "Suburbicon" didnt just struggle at the box office. It sank. The film this weekend became one of Paramount Pictures' worst performing wide-releases ever, and it marked a new box office low for Clooney as a director and for star Matt Damon.

Go see ‘Let There Be Light’ instead.
I did!....loved it!
Never forget, Clooney sleeps with the enemy of everything Americans believe in. She is a muslim. She believes in the quoran...George Clooney was an easy fish to promote the Isamalist ways. In England they did not receive the media attention, but in America...they do. She can spread the quoran, intelligently for those who are weak in the American ways.
Me too. But the only movie I have seen this summer is Dunkirk. Which I really liked BTW.
Looking forward to that.
Wow, I’m surprised Madea’s movie only got 7 percent. The only Madea character movie I’ve ever watched Is “Madea’s Family Renion.” In spite of a relatively brief but tortuous appearance by Maya Angelou, I thought it was a funny movie.
A huge percentage of movies made over the past few decades have all been ‘remakes’.
There seems to no longer be any originality in Hollywood.
I nominate “Town and Country” featuring sexagenarians self-absorbed Diane Keaton, Goldie Hawn and Warren Beatty.

I liked Clooney and Quentin Tarantino in FROM DUSK TILL DAWN mainly because they played themselves.
How’s this one “The Snowman” playing at my multiplex now-——I have read the books by the author, great books, and was looking forward to the movie.

I like the movie "Falling Down" because the director was able to communicate to the audience not through the words the actors said, but through their eyes.
I can't do that anymore. All I would see in this film would be leftist actor George Clooney, wearing clothes created by leftist costume designers, reading a script written by leftist screenwriters, that was intended primarily to promote leftist ideology. I would walk out of the theater after hearing the first line of dialog that made that agenda clear. That would probably occur within the first five minutes.
I'm sure that my attitude causes me to miss some good films, but that's a small price to pay to avoid the too-familiar aggravation.
Soon movie studios won't hire him anymore for big budget roles! lol
Bastards.
I cant wait to see the Hollywood pervs on the unemployment line with the NFL America haters.
“..More of a tragedy than a rag on the white guy kind of movie....”
Yeah, I get that part. But it was the characterization that Douglas did that rankled me.
For sure.
George only has himself to blame. He stepped into the doo doo and that is what brings on poor showing. Who cares about George any more?
