Last year, Megyn Kelly was doing very well for herself. Her nightly show on Fox News, The Kelly File, had briefly unseated The OReilly Factor at the top of the ratings, and she was slowly becoming more popular with both conservatives and liberals alike.
But The Guardian writes that Kelly was not happy, so she went to NBC, where she was offered an $18 million a year contract to host a morning show. The Guardian writes that NBC most likely thought Kelly had a rare crossover appeal: one part soccer mom to one part school principal.
But then her show was canceled two episodes before its finale, and the network seemed to have higher hopes for Kelly on a morning program. Megyn Kelly Today kicked off last month, with Kelly saying, Im kind of done with politics for now. The Guardian writes that it is a profound misuse of her talents, and questions why NBC thought it would be a good fit.

The Guardian writes that Kelly also does not do warmth and jubilance, like Katie Couric or Kelly Ripa.

The Guardian writes that Megyn Kelly Today is evidence that morning TV is not her true calling, no matter how sick and tired of politics she claims to be.

Megyn Kelly is getting exactly what she deserves. Karma is a bit@h.
who?
Yes and she ain’t coming back..............
She is an over-paid, no talent, self absorbed witch! She needs to leave television all together, and give us all a break.
It’s impossible to turn Nurse Ratchet into Martha Stewart.
She is the Katy Kouric of Fox and now NBC.................
Winning
She overestimated her appeal, and got thwacked by her narcissism.
No, Fox made a mistake hiring Megyn Kelly and Megan made an even bigger mistake thinking she was worth it.
She was losing audience at Faux News too. She had no where to go
Regardless she has over $30 million coming to her to comfort her as she considers her “mistakes”.
Some of my coworkers were simply toxic at the work place.
No matter how ‘talented’ they think they are, they behave like divas and poison the work environment, messing up with other coworkers.
Megyn, I think, knew it was time for her to ‘move on’. Pity the NBC executives/head honchos to land the hot potato.
As big as she thought she was, nobody seems to miss her.
Late Night Infomercials are next.
But she cashed in so pin a rose on her ass.
Is the Pope a marxist?
Megyn Kelly is the Colin Kapernick of news shows.
