I doubt “Papa John” himself appreciates what they are doing personally.
I’m not sure the NFL can fully recover from this. More people are now filling the void by watching college football and other activities and are turning the NFL off. They are not “boycotting” they’ve simply made a clean break and replaced it with something else. They aren’t “waiting” for things to get better and they may come back later - they’ve just quit them.
I never went back to MLB following the 1994 strike and that action was not nearly as personally offensive to me as what these retards are doing in the NFL.
You are completely correct. Former NFL viewers are realizing their former appointment tv was never really a good use of time. All the emotion they had invested in their favorite team was returned by their favorite players who stick their middle fingers into the faces of loyal fans. The eventual forced apology - that will come, will never repeal these ugly weeks. Heres hoping Nov 12th games will foretell the viewership of the Super Bowl and its $4 per minute commercials.
I dunno. Could care less about the NFL but my son watched part of the Redskins/Philly game. The huge Philly stadium looked to be filled. They didn’t show the anthem, so I have no idea about any kneelers.
