Didn't click on the link, but one only needs to take a look at the former European colonies in Africa to know the answer to that question.
None can be even remotely considered a success story.

Not sure what you are saying here? Europeans brought written language, math, science, agriculture, and engineering to African nations (exceptions are some of the Arabic ones in North Africa—but these are not negroes). Have you seen any of the cities in Africa. They were not designed, engineered, and constructed by African ingenuity. So, to say there were no successes is ludicrous.

Yup...was going to be my answer. South Africa, Rhodesia...virtually all former white ruled colonies were successful and had high standards of living. Not anymore.
