There has been no new news for days about the mass shooting in Vegas. It feels like the case has already gone cold. Do you think law enforcement is keeping big news from us? I find it amazing that there is virtually no news on this story anymore.

Or decides there’s nothing more and goes out in a ball of flame so he can feel like he actually did something.
BTW, saw a picture of his girlfriend. I’m not sure she’s Asian but might be Islander by her features. And she was only with him a few times a year according to witnesses. This guy fits the profile of a loser trying to get big and then taking the decision on him away from everyone by swallowing one. Just a loser with nothing left.

If a mass murderer had other skills and talents and a little bit of mental balance, wouldn't he be using them?
Possibly he could make money, but he wasn't that good with the people skills, was he?
To do the deed meant that those reconstituted guns with the whatchamacallit added, to make them fully automatic, would cause them to over heat, thus, more guns would be needed, and also reportedly two of them were found jammed.
A concert venue of that size as the target was definitely going to require a lot of guns for achieving maximum death.
The more guns prepared and the faster he fired them as fully automatic, then the more ammo was used which increased chances of downing more victims in the shortest amount of time, before either being caught, or able to escape.
Actually that security guard is on film. I saw it by the following evening. Guard was already wounded but SWAT and he coordinating in video from Security Guard body cam.
Guard was inching towards the shooter’s room whispering to SWAT where the cameras were that shooter had placed in a dining table outside the room, and SG reported that he had already cleared neighboring rooms to shooter.
Guard asked SWAT to signal him before they broke through the stair well to the hall way on 32nd, to avoid a “blue on blue”.

Asperger syndrome is generally considered to be on the “high functioning” end of the spectrum. He was not in that category his skills led to just moderate success in the things he actually did. He was a utilizer of prostitutes and gambling binges. On the other hand he was good with his brother’s family, especially the kids. He was even allowed by the parents to take them shooting on skeet ranges.
I would think a person with that illness might not have the social or interaction skills to accomplish that. Who knows.
First the authorities have to get their stories straight.
And then they have to make sure any photos, videos, witnesses, or any other conflicting evidence is confiscated, controlled or destroyed.
Then, and only then, will we hear the acceptable conclusions from the investigators.
All other narratives or questioning from the public, will be branded misinformation or unsubstantiated speculation. They will claim anything that varies from their "facts" are conspiracy theories of amateurs.
We know this because this story stinks to high heaven. Many things aren't right. The motive they seek may not be shooter's alone. It may be the motive of some other player(s) instead.
The fact that this thing has gone silent is troublesome.

People really should stop trying to associate this person with some “issue” including autism or asperger’s (or on the autism spectrum).
I know nothing about the autism spectrum for Ashburgers, but the story on his agonizing “screams” of “OMG!” in his bed were heard by the Philippine woman and that his father had been diagnosed as a psychotic while incarcerated for robberies makes me wonder about the look of this shooter’s brain.
I await an autopsy report, wondering if his own suicide kill shot damaged all hope of getting a decent diagnostic from a brain scan of this shooter??? Obviously, he was mental. I mean pile on EVIL, but this was a long time coming it seems to me and possibly connected to his no-tracks life style.

Rush mentioned the other day that his people had found the shooter was a registered Dem in 1984. That’s probably at the root of no news.
The problem the people have is we no longer trust the government or its agents to tell us the truth. Nor can the news media be trusted. Hence the drive to know everything about the case before any information can be modified or destroyed.

Your remark as it turns out should have been directed more toward me. I repeated to Freeper *Redwood71 of a TV report that I had heard speculating on Aspergers and this shooter. *71 was replying to me on the subject.

However, his brain condition remains of interest to me whether you approve or not.
A massacre of this magnitude is pretty inexplicable to my way of thinking and it isn’t unreasonable to consider shooter’s head, his father’s separate diagnosis and shooter’s agonizing on the bed screaming “OMG!”, or girl friend also adding that he had been showing signs of mental problems.
Just sayin’.

I agree. Distrust is fueling part of the desire to know. However, there is no evidence that the Clintons, Obamas or other high Democratic figures are involved. Therefore, if it’s just about private citizens, we can be reasonably assured that the story will come out.
