The Los Angeles Rams are arguably the most surprising story of the first quarter of the NFL's season, jumping out to a 3-1 record and looking like an entirely different franchise from the lethargic team we saw in 2016.
On Sunday, they went on the road and beat the Cowboys in Dallas, serving notice for their candidacy to surprise in the NFC this season.
Now they just need the fans of Los Angeles to show up to the games. Running back Todd Gurley, who is a viable MVP candidate through the first four weeks of the season, appeared on the "Rich Eisen Show" and literally begged the people of Los Angeles who are Rams fans to attend this weekend when they play the Seahawks.
"Please come to our games! Please come to our games!," Gurley said...

NEVER!!
Tried to tell you folks you’d be sorry.
You were tone deaf.
Can’t hear YOU now.
You’re league does not respect my nation.
Later...
They’re taking a knee... at home.
Treat fans like @sses you get treated like the @ss you are.
You burned your bridge buddy, live with it.
The city picked the worst time to host an NFL team again (in this case, two!).
Let the National Felons League crash and burn.
Respect my flag and the people who DIED for it and maybe we can talk.
Screw the nfl
The NFL is dead. The NBA will soon be headed the same way. “NEVER BITE THE HAND THAT FEEDS YOU”. Hint: In the real world, playing the race card, is a gig whose time has passed. On the November 8, 2016, the American voters took their nation back and, changed this country for the better....forever!! Obama, Clinton and the Democrat Party are wilting away with each passing day!!! End of story.
L.A. is not a football town, it’s a soccer town.
Awesome graphic. Much appreciated while I wind down the Friday and get into a weekend mood. ;)
Karl Rove actually had the gall to think Trump was going to lose on this.
Nope. Good to see a boycott being successful. So far.
NO!!!!!!!!!! I’m busy!!!
A real gurley man!
I done been knee capped.
Can’t limp to your lame social pogrom.
Sorry. ...
The anthem boycott may play some role (but I don’t know how much in liberal Los Angeles). The Rams should have stayed in St. Louis. The people of St. Louis, a Midwestern city, were a loyal and more dedicated fan base than the folks in Los Angeles who don’t seem that interested. The reason why attendance may have been down in St. Louis was because of the fact that the Rams just flat out were not very good, and people get tired of shelling out money for a crappy product. I guarantee the fans in St. Louis would have been happy to have a good product and would have showed up. You look at Kansas City, for example, and their stadium is full.
Not gonna’ happen. You tried to sell us down the river but we own that river.
So F’ off Rams with the rest of the NFL.
