Nice.
Iv’e always wondered what would happen if, as you were within a mile or so from home and a cop was trying to pull you over. If you just kept driving and just pulled into your garage and closed the door.
What would the cops do?
What can they do?
Go and get a warrant?
For speeding or a taillight being out?
A warrant for failure to obey?
Suspicion of driving under the influence?
If they got your license plate number you can just add a warrant on top of the speeding ticket here, officer’s estimate of speed is admissible whether or not he got you on radar. In my younger, stupider days I found that out. Worked twice, third time was the charm but not for me.

The other night I came home late, and tried to unlock my house with my car keys. I started the house up. So, I drove it around for a while. I was speeding, and a cop pulled me over. He asked where I lived. I said, “right here, officer”. Later, I parked it on the freeway, got out, and yelled at all the cars, “Get out of my driveway!”
I don’t know either , but Deputy and Dad knew each other...
My son came home like that one time. It was back when two cars racing against each other was common. He raced home and parked in the garage. He loves cars and has always had a few muscle cars and sells cars for a living. He has also been a mechanic. Anyway, nothing happened that night.
