I was just watching an On-Demand episode 9 of Season 2 of Stitchers on Comcast Xfinity when a Gray Box flashed on the screen about 8 inches by 6 inches with the words, as best as I could read it and recall it:
Below those words in the box were a series of numbers that may have been a phone number, but I don't recall any of the numbers. The second set of numbers may have had four digits, not three, but my impression was the pattern was a phone number. There were no dashes separating the numbers.
After just a split second (It was up for less than a second) the box and words disappeared.
I backed the playback of the video to rewatch that segment to re-read the box, thinking it was an important clue to the show, but it was NOT part of the video at all. It simply was not there! I tried it several times, thinking it was a subliminal message in the playback, but nothing was there. It was obviously something transmitted over the signal.
Did anyone else see anything on their TV screens similar to this?
Oh-oh. The brain wipe guys will be at your door in any minute.
Ingenious as a potential means of communication
though the groups using such means is very worrisome.
Maybe it was hacked for a minute or two.
Similar to road signs being hacked to advise drivers on who not to vote for. I can’t explain it. Ask someone tech savvy and/or under the age of 30. They might know how to do it.
I would think a hack would interrupt the background signal of the program. This just overlaid the program which continued without interruption.
Did you take the blue pill or the red one?
Bump
Sorry. My bad.
I looked up Family Readiness and it's something to do with a US Army program!
Maybe you’re being selected to go fight in Iraq - just dial the number and they’ll come pick you up
Btt to follow
Next time write down the phone number and call it.
LOL! That was at one of my rental houses. . . and the city finally signed off on the replacement gas line permit this morning and the gas is finally going to be turned back on in the morning. TWO WEEKS of delays and obfuscations from the city all designed to punish do-it-yourselfers for not hiring expensive plumbing contractors! Contractorss can get an inspection appointment for a 45 minute window later this morning. We get a window of 7:45 Am to 4:00 PM. . . on Tuesday, when you call for an appointment on Friday, then they find some picky thing to require a re-inspection on, in four days or more, even though the fix for the picky thing could be done in a half-hour.
Do you live near an army base?
We have Comcast I think and our land line is tied in. When the phone rings it comes up with a text on the screen saying the number and the name of the caller.
I wonder if the military uses similar to get the message out, and you are a wrong number? It could be something as plain as calls from charity groups calling for support of Iraqi vets. “Please support the Family Readiness program that helps families of Iraqi war vets ....”
Although obviously something isn’t right if it flashes by so quickly that you can’t get the number.
LOL! with my bad back I'd be a hinderance to any operation. . .
With the way Obambi cost the Military, I am not sure there are any Army bases left on the West Coast, much less any in California.
Ha! Well, they can still use you ( and me) as cannon fodder
