I’ll bet lots of other people do this, but , fastI thaw out the pirogies, then fry them crisp. I. serve with a good tomato sauce I would serve over pasta. Easy, fast and filling.

My husband fries them from frozen, in butter - LOTS of butter. I like dipping them in Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing.
