I wouldn't exactly call it 'suffering'......................

The reason kids are fat is that they don’t burn the calories of any of the foods they eat when they are spending their time sitting. Video games have contributed to the obesity problem big time.

I love cheese——I always ignore this crap, because 5 or 10 years down the line someone will say something else.
All things in moderation.

"...blah, blah, blah and other panicky statements about cheese by Dr. Neal Barnard..."
Eat and drink in moderation, get plenty of exercise, and sufficient sleep.
Other than that...we are all going to die someday.

You mean all those PSA cartoons aimed at getting kids to eat cheese ("wagon wheels) after school were wrong?!

Another warning that is bogus in my opinion.
The body does not read food as we think of food. For example: Starches are bread, peas, corn, potatoes, etc. Whereas many see peas and corn as vegetables.
Cheese is mostly protein, without additives that change it and add calories. So when eaten in normal quantities it is far more healthy than some vegetables.
Oh well, too much of anything is out of balance!

I say BS.
I went on a diet for 2 months, meat, fat, eggs, cheese and lettuce. Lost 35 lbs, BP is down too.
