I’ve been saying this for weeks.

The idea of Trump being the chief fund-raiser for all these Globalist RINO weasels drives me nuts!

I’m all for it. But it won’t be a third party. We now have only one.

He has conservative values in general, but not in what I would call a bedrock way.

Our shared values surround our love for America and the desire to put her first.

I think there is a lot more divergence than meets the eye on how we accomplish that.

No need for a third party, just make sure the Republican party stays focused.

HORSESHIT!

I heartily suggest that instead of post your uneducated, pathetic opinion, that you go do extensive research on minor political parties, in ALL eras of American history.

Many years ago I read Upton Sinclair’s book, “I Candidate for Governor, and How I Lost”. He ran for the governor of California as a Democrat though he was a socialist.

Sinclair made the point that to win an election one needed to belong to a party with grandfathers, so he ran as a Democrat.

His point still holds true.

BTW, the book was very witty and entertaining.

Correction: The title of the Sinclair book was “I, Candidate for Governor and How I Got Licked”

Third parties are the trapdoor to political irrelevance. We need to make the GOP a conservative party and give the RINOs and vote-panderers the boot.

No. We need a second party, not a third.

Destroy GOP Inc and move on from there.

I said the day Trump was sworn in that he had six months (at most) to decide whether or not to dispose of the dying remnants of the Republican party and run Trumpist candidates in 2018.

Time’s up.

Ain’t gonna happen. Trump mounted a campaign for president in 2000 as a Reform Party candidate, then dropped out quickly because he recognized the futility of a third-party campaign.

I like your idea.

I am pretty sure that many on this forum will complain that it will split the vote. However, we have top level R’s telling us that we don’t pick the candidate, the republican party does. This is a HUGE problem. There is no way we should have open primaries, and who knows what other shenanigans they are up to in these primaries. Enough!

I dunno.

Trump pretty well owns the R Party, as it is. Certainly he saved it by borrowing their ticket to run on. That’s what all this RINO Establishment whining today is about.

They can’t even work up a good impeachment, because the people are with Trump and against them. Their approval is at TEN PERCENT! Ask yourself, now, why is that?

The Stupid Party was already dead, until Trump. It will return to the grave after him, is my bet.

Trump is our last president. The ones who come after him are puppets.

It took ending slavery to finally kill the Whig party and replace it with the Republican party. The Whig leadership, much like today’s RINOs, could not abide ending slavery, “because it is good for business”.

Today’s Whigs are not Republicans. Instead they want an internationalist Corporatocracy, a world run by corporations. While utterly contemptuous of socialists, they still hope to use them as useful idiots, to compel the public to pay for its own needs to keep them working for the corporations.

That is, taxation to fund their own retirements, and taxation to fund their own health care, and taxation to educate them just enough to be workers, not thinkers or individuals, just tools. And if they are not suitable to be workers, then to exterminate them.

If you’ve ever seen the 1975 movie Rollerball (not its idiotic remake), that is exactly what RINOs *want* the world to be. A restoration of feudalism, but with them as the nobility, and everyone else being peasant workers. Rule by ruthless hereditary billionaires, directing an immense bureaucracy.
