Very nice. Thanks for the Pics. I absolutely love the Yukon gold taters. We had some that hubby grew this year - baby roasters about 2-3 inches in diameter.
Melted butter, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, garlic, ginger in the dish and brushed all the exposed areas of the tater. Served bacon wrapped asparagus and roasted chicken. The Asparagus was a new recipe - I didn’t like it. By the time the bacon was done, the Asparagus was too done for my taste.
taters look great....
Beautiful.
German Butterball has GOT to be my favorite tater, ever! We had SO MUCH RAIN that I was very afraid my taters would rot in the ground, but through some Miracle From Above, we dug some last week and they are fine. They are a bit ‘scabby’ which makes NO sense as we’ve never grown potatoes in that spot before, but still perfectly edible.
LOTS of ‘Honeynut’ Butternut squash on the vine and the melons are loving all the WET and the HEAT of the past two weeks. It’s really nice to be able to breathe with my nose and lungs again, versus having to use my gills, LOL!
