The liberals don’t care. I sent the CNN links to a liberal friend of mine. He said....
“At least they resigned and left professionally. tRump says it’s ok to grab women by the pu$$y.”
They change the narrative when they don’t understand what to do. I said: “It doesn’t matter if they resigned professionally or left kicking and screaming. They wrote a false story, published and got caught lying.”
The friend said:
“Maybe tRump should release his taxes. He’s lying about some Russia connections in there. Do you think the right wing media is lilly white?”
God help us.

No matter what the Liberal will never accept that which is not as it believes it is.
You can see how liberals reacted on reddit (and probably DU but I haven’t been there in a few days). The gist is
* “This” (CNN’s action) is how a REAL NEWS organization deals with liars. Unlike fox, CNN fired the 3 guys from last weeks article because CNN is a trustworthy news organization and doesn’t even want a hint of bias.
* Everything else CNN says about Trump/Russia is true “even if there are questions about” last week’s article that people got fired for.
* O’Keefe is a liar. The audio he has isn’t real.
The same way I feel about Fox news. They betrayed me. I get all my news from the internet and I don’t even watch TV anymore.
You are asking for a thought experiment based on seekers of facts and reason.
CNN, MSNBC and the other channels are there to serve an audience that is seeking an outlet validating their confirmation bias.
Kinda like Fox or Breitbart are or were echo’s of our bias.
The difference is we will test “so called news” for veracity, while those addicted to the Don Lemmon’s, Maddow’s, etc are only looking for their synapses to be stroked and lose themselves in the fantasy presented.
That’s why people on the left can be hypnotized and look for astrology, tarot card, numerology and palm readings.
They want confirmation of their fantasy.
You want validation? See the Valet.
You want relevancy? Do something productive...
This is really not Breitbart’s style (though I am not the closest adherent)
If evidence in support of some news item ceases to flow, they won’t report on it relentlessly, unceasingly.
Evidence of Russian interference in the ‘16 election is claimed to be gushing forth from an infinite-source fountain with the tacit implication that at some point, you will see the smoking gun, smell the burnt powder, and be able to gather microscopic bullet fragments.
I am willing to believe the Russians TRIED to do whatever they tried to do. I don’t think they changed any votes.
But whether Trump had any involvement in the effort, at all, even one bit, I see zero evidence of that. But the MSM cannot get enough of this jag. When that jag (”Collusion”) fades a bit, they run to obstruction. What that one fades, they run back to collusion. They cannot let this go. When they land on obstruction, they go to Flynn. When they land on Flynn, they go back to Russia. It’s a perfect circle.
I don’t get the impression that Breitbart engages in lying. They may become misled. I don’t think they deliberately set out to lie. CNN absolutely does.
So long as the welfare checks & EBT cards keep coming, CNN can say Jimmy Hoffa is running for President.
New White House Seating for the Press...It’s not an analyzable quandary because the circumstances are outside of the conceptual parameters of most if not all conservatives. It’s like asking a conservative “how would you feel if you were in a bisexual orgy and the condom broke?” It doesn’t compute.
The other angle on questions like that is that they’re often asked by liberals, and they’re often asked because the assumption/insinuation of the liberal is that the circumstances being asked about happen equally but “your side doing it just must not make the news or you’re better at keeping it hushed up”.
For the sake of giving an answer to what I consider a preposterous proposition, I’ll say that we’d probably figuratively burn the place down and shake the dust off our feet...

You have to remember that liberalism is a mental disorder. They are not like us at all.
They fundamentally believe that the ends justify the means. So if you invent fake news with ithe ntent of destroying familiar bugaboos like America, the Christian religion, or the straight white male, then that is perfectly acceptable.
If they have any criticism at all of CNN, it will be that they let themselves get caught.
Word is, from a former Bannon assistant,
since Bannon has left, Breitbart is ordered by its lawyers to go soft. If you want to know what you cannot do, ask a lawyer.
They could be making their first steps toward liberalism. If you do not actively pursue conservatism, you turn left by default.
They all slant the news, as “reporting” has gone the way of the Dodo. But there is a difference between slant and false. I never assume what is in any news release as gospel. Trust but verify a wise man once said.
Let's do a real-life example...
Suppose you are a loyal viewer of a "fair and balanced," "we report, you decide" network. You've been frustrated that the other networks control the election debate process, and wonder why the "fair and balanced" anchors of YOUR network never get a chance to moderate a debate so that YOUR candidates can get a fair shake.
Finally, after eight years of a presidency with no MSM scrutiny, you are treated to the first primary debate hosted by YOUR network, where you eagerly await the chance for the country to finally see what YOUR candidates are really about.
Then, when the debate begins, you find out that YOUR anchors are setting up traps for your candidates, pitting one against another using gotcha questions, and throwing the most scurrilous charges in their faces.
Do you continue to watch that network that played on your trust for all those years?
