The Best Album of All Time. Thats one hell of a claim.
Even if The Beatles eighth studio album, Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band -- released 50 years ago, May 26, 1967, in the U.K. -- is the musically ground-breaking, hyper influential career high-water mark from The Best Band of All Time, those can still sound like fighting words. But theres no hyperbole here. Theres widespread consensus: Sgt. Peppers has topped its fair share of Greatest Albums of All Time lists

It depends what your taste in music is. Personally I think The Stooges Raw power is the best album ever.

Not even the best Beattles album. I bought a new on in ‘67. White Album was better by far.

I would vote for the White Album but Abby Road had the greatest marketing campaign ever with the Paul is dead rumors.

I like sergeant pepper. Rubber Soul and Revolver were better....less gimmicky. Abbey Road was gimmicky too. I like that one too. But the two, Rubber Soul and Revolver are better IMHO.
