Bill O'Reilly is leaving Fox News Channel, the network's parent company has said. After a thorough and careful review of the allegations, the Company and Bill OReilly have agreed that Bill OReilly will not be returning to the Fox News Channel, 21st Century Fox said in a statement.

we’ll see when the likes of CNN and msnbc start catching up in ratings again- Tucker is good- but he doesn’t have the drawing power of bill the ‘ogler’
Id love to see Maria Bartiromo get one of those primetime slots.
Yes! She is probably the sharpest and smartest of them all.
True - AND his advertisers walked...
[[but his once delightful style, has grown stale...]]
I said that right from the beginning- I felt his style would grow old quickly-
I get a kick out of Jesse's "Watters World" skits, but the few full shows I've seen him do were pretty underwhelming.
I would actually like to see Catherine Herridge... I think she's a class act when it comes to investigative reporting.
[OReilly had the largest share of ratings of anyone on FOX. No one else even close.]
March 2017
The OReilly Factor Marked a Record with the Highest-Rated Quarter For Any Program in Cable News History
Every Hour on FNC from 6AM-11PM/ET Claimed a Record High in FNCs 20-Year History
Millennials Watched FNC More Than Any Other Cable News Network in 1Q17
Continuing its record-breaking ratings streak, FOX News Channel (FNC) finished the first quarter of 2017 with the highest-rated quarter ever in cable news history in 24-hour viewership, and once again topped cable in both primetime and total day according to Nielsen Media Research. Each hour during the 6AM-11PM/ET program lineup broke a network record with the highest-rated hours ever for a quarter with millennials tuning in to FOX News more than any other cable news outlet. Furthermore, The OReilly Factor not only had its highest-rated quarter ever in history, but it broke all previous records in cable news history for the highest-viewership ever for any given program in a quarter. . .
I'd presume O'Reilly's parachute has a non compete clause for some time.
And despite Directv picking up OAN, they're still a junior high AV club in production quality...
How about Judge Janine in Tucker’s slot???
Stuart Varney is my fave, after Steyn. Stuart always sounds like he’s ready to tell you a joke. There’s a quality in his voice that just amuses me.
[[What about One America News.]]
I don;t think they have enough chastity belts for the women there-
no Geraldo. Laura is ok - how about luring Mark Levin to network or getting Rush back to tv - maybe once a week. moving up the Five to a later spot is fine. Maccallum Bream and Perino - i am a woman but they lack bite, edge. Perino drives me up the wall as “goody two shoes.”
Shep would not like the evening shift as it would interfere with his
bath house routine.
“Killing OReilly. Film at 11:00”.
Good one.
Yes the same reasons for me.
CBS could never produce the typewriter that produced the original letter. The FBI has most of the typewriters ever produced somewhere (from my FBI tour in 1969).
Of course they could not produce the letter. It was fabricated. What they showed was not a forgery. A forgery implies the existence of a bona fide original. No such original exists as a FREEPER showed a few hours after the broadcast.
Can Beckel stay up that late?
Aren’t he and Beck buddies?
(Trade Tomi for Bill?)
BOR shot himself in the foot...or someplace else.
He should have known better. Mixing hot chicks in micro-skirts with older men is a dangerous combination for the men.
Tucker is an upgrade anyway.
Is this real? http://i.4cdn.org/pol/1492629039446.jpg
The five at 9 pm?
The possible explanation is that all those advertisers who pulled their business from O'Reilly's show have threatened to drop Fox altogether if Fox keeps O'Reilly around. In that case dumping O'Reilly is the smart business move.
