HELENA Police say a Helena woman assaulted several children and tried to make minors drink with her at the Centennial Park skate park before taking off her shirt and running through the parking lot with her breasts exposed.
Sammantha Elizabeth Kelly, 24, is jailed on four felony charges of assault on a minor and one felony count of assault with a weapon. Her alleged victims include two 12-year-olds and two 11-year-olds.
Police were called to the 1200 block of North Last Chance Gulch for a report of a disorderly woman Friday afternoon.
Court documents say Kelly pushed two boys off their bikes, causing minor injury. She then kicked one of the boys in the face with a stomping motion, the documents state. When another child tried to help the boy who was kicked, Kelly allegedly punched him.
She is accused of throwing a bottle at a boy, striking him in the head. Kelly also grabbed a woman by the throat, the documents allege.
Kelly is accused of approaching children in the park and forcibly trying to get the juveniles to drink from cans of alcohol by putting the container up to their lips, court documents state.
After the assaults, Kelly took off her shirt and ran through the parking lot with her breasts exposed.
In addition to the felony charges, she also faces misdemeanor counts of assault, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
Seems like a normal day in Downey to me.
Another nasty woman.
Good analogy.
lol
If you're going to learn the facts of life, may as well learn 'em all!
Captain Obvious here: This woman shouldn't drink alcohol.
Charged with not having load properly tied down.
Me bad
This thread is worthless WITH pics!!
I agree, she could look good with a Fox News makeover. If it wasn’t for the very slightly protruding mosquito bites in her jumpsuit, I wouldn’t be able to tell if she had breasts.
Running through the parking lot topless, probably wasn’t much of a show.
