Etymology: 1520s, back-formation from importunity, or else from Middle French importuner, from Medieval Latin importunari "to make oneself troublesome," from Latin importunus "unfit, troublesome," originally "having no harbor" (i.e. "difficult to access"), from assimilated form of in- "not, opposite of" (see in- (1)) + portus "harbor" (see port (n.1)). Related: Importuned ; importuning. As an adjective from early 15c.

Hidden Fence is the brand and it’s buried, we have had a few instances of the lawn people cutting it by accident, and they have accepted the responsibility for that and come back out to fix it. We have two cavalier king Charles spaniels, they only break through when we forget to put the electric collars on! LOL! they come and train the dog to the fence, first they put up white flags, so they have visual cues, and then audio cues [the collar beeps when they get close to it] and then finally the shock if they go through it. Our dogs have caught on really quickly and the only break outs have been if the battery died in the collar unbeknownst to us, or we forgot to put it on. Had a jack Russell originally and it worked for him too.
hilarious.
