Most musicians like this one are leftist freaks and rabid Trump haters and don’t deserve one tenth of an ounce of recognition or promotion. They represent dirtbags to us.

I’ve never really heard Stevie opine on politics so she stays in my rotation. I know she does a lot for injured troops or did at one time.

Maybe. But I'm willing to cut her some slack:

Stevie Nicks says good things for the Vets

...random thought from Nicks Usually in interviews, we’ll ask if the artist has anything they want to add. The answer usually is “no.” Stevie Nicks had something to add. She took time from her busy schedule recently to visit extremely injured soldiers returning from war at the Walter Reed Hospital in Washington, D.C.

“I spent the whole day with them,” she said. “It opened my eyes to the fact that there’s a lot of kids out there that are so injured their lives will never be the same. If you happen to be in a city with a military hospital, get a plate of cookies together and go visit them because they are so isolated and so lonely. It broke my heart. It was an eye-opening experience for me. It really doesn’t matter how you feel about war. What matters is that these kids are paying a price and they’re alone and they’re lonely. That’s what I would like people to do. Take some candy and spend a little time with them. You’d be amazed what it means to them.”
