Most musicians like this one are leftist freaks and rabid Trump haters and don’t deserve one tenth of an ounce of recognition or promotion. They represent dirtbags to us.
I’ve never really heard Stevie opine on politics so she stays in my rotation. I know she does a lot for injured troops or did at one time.

If you happen to be in a city with a military hospital, get a plate of cookies together and go visit them because they are so isolated and so lonely. It broke my heart. It was an eye-opening experience for me. It really doesn’t matter how you feel about war. What matters is that these kids are paying a price and they’re alone and they’re lonely. That’s what I would like people to do. Take some candy and spend a little time with them. You’d be amazed what it means to them.”
