A Saturday night at Frankie's Diner in Bridgeport turned ugly when a group of young women started a brawl.
Videos posted on YouTube, Facebook and Twitter show a large group of girls eating together when an argument turns violent. The fight escalates until they are slapping and hitting each other throughout the aisles of the diner while others watch and shoot video on their phones. One video shows a girl being thrown onto a table and then back down onto the floor. (snip)
Frankie's Diner had no comment about what happened except to say that it's sad "what these kids are doing" and how much social media has been posted about it. They hope to not have to close their doors because of it.
Several Bridgeport Police officers were dispatched and requested to disperse a crowd; no arrests were made.
A YouTube video sent to the CT Post was posted by a user who said he received the video from someone else; he also said he does not know anyone who was there.
In fact, it seems many of the videos circulating online have been passed around; many posts have captions like "Got it from somebody page" or "don't say nothing just watch and RT" (the latter has been re-tweeted 423 times).

Cue the music that's played during "Final Jeopardy" on the TV game show "Jeopardy"...
I could guess, but I won’t.
America’s finest...they couldn’t even tell you who is our Vice President right now that’s how clueless SOME of these kids are about life. Just get em a phone, some coke and some gov’t money and that’s all they need.
No need to look. And they think this is fun! Feral street savages who have never done anything worthwhile in their lives.
Also just re-elected their mayor, fresh off of a federal prison sentence for corruption.
That is true. I live just a few miles from Bridgeport and it’s amazing how the landscape suddenly changes from million dollar homes on multi-acre estates to literally a third world country. In general, I stay away from the entire I-95 corridor.
I did, and I was right. Gimmedats.
Guess that’s their way to leave without paying..?
Bridgeport used to be an industrial powerhouse.
Are there any jobs there at all now?
> no arrests were made.
That’s part of the problem.
That seems to be the third-world model. Haves and have-nots, no middle class. Seems to be the plan for the US last few decades.
Why would anyone want to do that on purpose? Answer: to be “in” on the “haves” side.
Greenwich and Darien are to the west. To the east, Bridgeport is also less than 15 miles from prestigious Yale University.
OK: "nothing".
There - I said "nothing" - watcha gonna do about it?
“The thing that amazes me is that Bridgeport, one of the filthiest cesspools in the Western world, is only a short drive down I-95 from Greenwich, New Canaan and Darien...several of the richest residential suburbs on earth.”
Yet most, if not all, of those communities, rich or poor, voted for the Crook in the November election. Look it up.
They should have cabinet positions.
I am serious.
Society need reforming, and the Old Man, as wonderful as he is, can't pull the whole load himself.
He needs someone or several someones to do toughlove outreach to some of these urban communities.
“Greenwich and Darien are to the west. To the east, Bridgeport is also less than 15 miles from prestigious Yale University.”
It all makes sense. Greenwich, Darien, and Yale are loaded with Northeastern Leftists who enable and perpetuate the disaster that is Bridgeport.
I’d feel very ill at ease being a visibly well-off individual residing within miles or even blocks of such overt poverty, ignorance and dysfunction, myself.
