Good evening, ML...((HUGS))...FR seems to have a horrible case of the S L O W S. The little circle goes round and round and round and around some more, sometimes resulting in double posts.

I’m a little confused here - am I looking for singers in groups, or groups? Think I’ll just go with my own instincts here:
Lead singers of groups
Johnny Maestro (Crests and Brooklyn Bridge)
Eugene Pitt (Jive Five)
Tony Williams (Platters)
Levi Stubbs (Four Tops)
Jimmy Beaumont (Skyliners) (also loved Janet Vogel)
Ruby Nash (Ruby & the Romantics)
Aaron Neville (that’s technical, because he covered lead vocals for the Neville Brothers, but I love them as a whole, and him as a great singer.
Glaser Brothers - best harmony group ever. Jim the best singer of the group.
The Browns - love all their beautiful harmony songs.
Chuck Carbo - solo and as lead singer of the Spiders

Nice but sorry Kathy. There is only one Terry Kath, the original Chicago Transit Authority lead singer, (one of the three), The greatest lead guitar player ever, but that guy in this video is not him. Good player tho.
