The widow of Joe Biden‘s late son Beau Biden has started a romantic relationship with her former brother-in-law, Hunter Biden, the former vice president’s younger son.
Hallie Biden, who was devastated when her husband, Beau, died after suffering from brain cancer in May 2015, and Hunter, 47, who has separated from his wife, Kathleen, are now officially a couple.

John the Baptist had much to say about the alduterous marriage of Herod Antipas and his brother Herod II’s wife, Herodias. Of course, it cost him his head.
My brother in law is from a religious family, one brother died, left two kids, widow went to the younger single brother straight away and got hitched. He works for a christian college.
My cousin same, his wife died of cancer, they had two boys, fellow church member her husband and daughter died in a car accident, around the same time, they got married quickly and was terribly shunned at church. Not sure what I would do if I had two kids and alone.

Same thing happened when Liz Taylor’s husband died in a plane crash. His best friend Eddie Fisher rushed to her side to console his buddy’s widow ..... the rest is history. As Carrie Fisher said of her parents’ marriage breakup: “Dad rushed to Liz’s side. Then he moved around to her front”.
Well, it’s great for everybody if Hunter’s wife left, then it happened. Not so much if she homewrecked Hunter’s wife. Just trying to find if there’s fianally a happy ending or more misery for the family.

If brothers are living together and one of them dies without a son, his widow must not marry outside the family. Her husband’s brother shall take her and marry her and fulfill the duty of a brother-in-law to her.
Beau Biden had a son, so Dt 25:5 wouldn’t apply under any circumstances.

I don't think these "duties" applied if the said brother-in-law was still married to his own wife at the time. Then again, there was all kinds of polygamy being practiced in the Old Testament.
