Illegal aliens in this part of Texas are making plans (including financial plans) to leave and go home should the actions taken by the government make it necessary. This comes from those working in financial institutions locally who deal with this demographic on a daily basis. Apparently, the recent raids by ICE are having an impact. Should anything major (like a large roundup at some company at which they are working) happen, more than likely thousands will start to self-deport.
You’d best keep an eye on yours. They’ll be looking for older trucks to drive in Mexico. (Attracts less attention.)
Tell that to the Commie traitorous “Illegals and Thugs First” moron masquerading as NYC’s mayor.
Forget the 10 year ban. If you’re an illegal caught by ICE, and are removed or deported, you are permanently barred from entering the US, period. If you get busted AGAIN after that, well you have your choice of prison for 10 years hard labor, and then you get sent back AGAIN. Third time, you get shot on sight, and your home country gets billed for the bullet and burial.
Mexico (yes, I’m call them out by name) needs to get its shit together, before we are forced to do it for them.
That didn’t work out so well for them the last time either.
Under current law 1st removal is a ten year ban, 2nd is a twenty year ban. Lifetime after that.
If I had my way 3rd deportation would be from 30,000 feet, no parachute.
I’ve heard ICE will be setting up at welfare offices, courthouses and a polling places come the mid-terms.
That’s very encouraging news to this Texan. The illegals have been stealing work and wages from my family for far too long.

Should be lifetime. Photos, fingerprints and DNA should be taken of each illegal deported and put on a data base.
Those that wait until they are forcefully removed should never have the opportunity to return, even as a tourist.
What would there be to recover from? High taxes from building new schools for them - gone. High taxes from building new roads, water systems, hospitals, etc. for them - gone. State university admissions and scholarships targeted for illegals - gone. Crime would be down. Unemployment would be down. Housing would be down.
Ok, fine, we’d have to pick our own lettuce, cook our own Mexican food and clean our own houses. Oh, wait, a lot of us do that already. Again, what’s to miss?
Americans do pick lettuce now. Not all of agriculture is done by foreigners. It would mean more Americans would have jobs.
Stop their government freebies and fine employers and they’ll clear out by 3 pm next Tuesday.

Curious without being site specific what part of Texas is this? East Texas, Rio Grande Valley, Central Texas, West Texas, Plains, NE Texas?
This is what POLITICAL WILL looks like when applied. All the hyperbole by the usual suspects that rounding up and deporting illegals en masse is impossible is nothing but a giant bluff. Take away illegals’ ability to deposit $$$ and their ability to send $$$ back to Mexico. Make life intolerable for them here.

Agreed. After nearly three lawless decades, we need to restore the rule of law. If someone whines, I don’t care - (1) they are criminals, and (2) they will be gone before they have a chance to fraudulently vote for the Ctrl-Left in the next election.
A lot of illegals have really good jobs here in the US. Employers love illegals because they put up with poor working conditions, and because it’s very easy to hire them...they always have a cousin who needs work, and the cousin is always happy to have a job with lower wages than an American would accept, and with poorer working conditions. Any time there’s a big raid on a factory, the factory ends up hiring more people and they raise the hourly wage by a dollar or so in order to attract legal workers.
Once Texas gets rid of the illegals, we need to work on getting rid of the invading Califreaks who are taking over.
