Love it Jeff!! :-)
Jeff, you must have the patience of Job, just to put this post together, let alone the kit.
Well done!

You do an incredible job with these models. Top notch.
Funny how no one understands the value of your time let alone talent LOL
You done good
Very nicely done, a work of love. I do some model making but in 3D, not physical models. I always was terrible at real models! I love modeling in 3D but there’s nothing quite like walking around a well done physical model and taking in the detail, especially an excellent one done with the care of this one!
A labor of love and attention to precision detail which many of us just don’t have.
A beaut!
I’ll pray for you and your family re: your condition.
Totally worth it! Beautiful job.
You remain in my prayers, Jeff.
Stunning work, simply stunning. I can appreciate the work as I used to build race cars in the same detail. Then all of a sudden I got the chance to build, design and even race real ones. ‘m sure I will revert to modeling again as I have been collecting many kits to eventually build.

Sorry it is in the liver.
The old man almost called me in 3 weeks ago but here we are.
Thank you bro. I am fine with Him calling the shots and leaving me here as long as He needs...or to bring me home when sees fit. My wife and I, as you can imagine, have had many, many discussions.
My last stay down at MD Anderson...and those people are unbelievable...was very difficult. The efforts were as painful and difficult as the ill...and the disease has reached that point.
So we dicided to come home and not take on the experimental clinical trials, or more of the efforts with little hope for helping, while they continue to wear your body down.
Right now, though difficult, I am getting by okay and we have decided to hold onto that as long as the Lord wills it and go for the quality that we can...and then let the goo Lord call the tune.
That’s where I am now. and I have to tell you...the tumors in my liver which they believe will be my undoing, have basically stopped growing almost completely...and as long as that is the case, I will continue having a pretty good go of it as long as the Lord wills it.
And as I do...I will witness for His name, my Father and my Savior.
They are, and a stong belief in them and their Gospel, are what has made America strong, and will continue to do so as long as a strong remnant even has faith in their name.
My Cousin blogged his brain cancer trip.
What a great guy
Jeff its a minor major miracle the tumors aren’t spreading, you have my prayers for fair winds
>>Hehehe...when we were kids on the ranch we would glue in compartments to give them more water tight integrity, and then take them down to the creek and plink away at them with 22s and 4-10s.
I would glue extra sheet plastic on the inside of tank models while building and then plink at them with my BB gun. It taught practical lessons in why to slope tank armor.
Awesome build, Jeff, mind-boggling, really. Thanks for sharing all the detail.
I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed reading your thread! As a avid modeler in my younger days (stopped in my early twenties) I appreciate EXACTLY the work you put into it.
I have some non-Freeper friends I am going to show this to!
FANTASTIC WORK! Thank you for sharing this. One of my retirement goals is to go back to building model kits, something I haven’t done for 20 years, although I haven’t stopped buying the ones I want to build, primarily WWII and Cold War military vehicles.
